Class Description

To taste Brazilian cuisine is to taste Brazilian history. Join us as we take part in a culinary adventure through the vibrant culture and cuisine of Brazil. Discover exotic ingredients, learn new cooking techniques, and taste delicious food as you spend a Saturday afternoon with us.

Chef Alex Santana of CaterBrazil will introduce you to Brazil with Coxinha de Frango, a mouthwatering appetizer, followed by a trip to Northeastern Brazil for Bobó de Camarão, a Bahia favorite. As a special treat, Caipirinha, a traditional Brazilian drink, will wash it all down. Join the adventure!
