Studio Rental

Our Cultural Center is available for class, rehearsal or event rental at an hourly rate.

Studio Features:
- Wood floors (wood frame, foam cushion and flexible ply wood) perfect for all types of dance and high impact movement.
- One wall featuring floor-to-ceiling mirrors (8'x30')
- Sound system (sound board and two amplifiers/speakers)
- Reception Area
- Conference Room

Renters are required to sign a contract and abide by the neighborhood noise ordinance and the Brazilian Arts Foundation Policies and Procedures.
